It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven a its value.     drinking water in the morning may help prevent dehydration but if you want the online community to believe it cures disease (or at least possesses *some* of the health benefits you mention) then tell us the name of the “peer-reviewed” journal (not just a link to someone’s blog) in which you read the study…unless of course you did this research yourself.

    I have tried this method after reading this article… before, my blood pressure is always at 140-150/90-100 but efter 3 months i was amazed by the result of my BP it down to just 123-129/75-85 only and until now i maintain this BP i’m in my 7th month user now of this water therapy.

  6. If eat plenty of green vegetables with every meal you can lower your blood pressure very fast. I went from 141/108 to 118/80 in about 5 days. I avoided meat as much as I can. You might feel hungry a lot but eat as much green vegetables as you want.
    You should fine your urine yellow or orange which means a lot of toxins are being released.

  9. It seems to me that this is a natural enema! How much water is involved in an enema? Well, fill self up with water and there’s only one way to go! I’ve heard that the biggest cause for disease is a backup of the body’s natural sewer system.   11. i dont understand rule number 4 does it mean 15 min after your meals dont have anything else for 2 hours? And do you have to use warm water?

    • Think of it this way. If you pour cold water down your drain after pouring grease down the drain, the cold water will only harden the grease, not flush it out. If you pour warm water down the drain it dissolves the grease and removes the grease from the drain. It makes very good sense to follow with warm water.

  12. Worth trying. It`s a habbit for my 12 year old son to do it. Who told him that? I don`t know! I need scientific proof ?
